Hi, I'm Diti Agrawal, an India-based designer specializing in UI/UX, user research, and crafting seamless digital experiences.
My work is driven by empathetic research, behavioral and systems thinking, and a focus on holistic user experiences. I’m deeply fascinated by how people interact with products and what they need rather than what companies have to offer, and I use these insights to inform creative, practical solutions. With a passion for blending creativity and functionality, I help companies and individuals translate their vision into clean, thoughtful, and impactful designs.

At bp, I led the design of enterprise-grade tools within agile teams, notably reimagining the in-house iPaaS platform that replaced costly third-party systems. As the sole designer, I crafted 100+ screens across integrations, APIs, and properties. I also improved design onboarding processes and drove alignment through workshops that shaped impactful tools like the Product Cyber Score.
Accenture / Design experience analyst
Aug'21 - Jan'24
At Accenture, I contributed to digital transformation initiatives and RFPs for global clients, blending strategy and design to identify workflow opportunities and craft actionable solutions. I also helped design the internal business portal and fostered studio culture through newsletters, workshops, and team-building events across India.
Dell Technologies / Product design intern
Feb'21 - June'21
Worked on the service re-design of the configuration and cross-sell at Dell. It included studying users on what they need rather than what we have', research and developing ideas to improve the e-commerce experience.
